These are links to software, hardware, and tools used in the OSCirrus project.
Groovy Java scripting language used for some of the middleware pieces
This software is used to transfer an AVR hex file into the AVR MT 128 and any other AVR devices (and many non-AVR devices as well.) It can use the ICSP programmer to program the device.
These tools are used to build the OSCirrus firmware. Currently it's an IDE that covers the gnu AVR tool chain which includes a C cross compiler for the AVR microcontroller.
Flash controls used to build the example rich internet application to display wind data.
Olimex AVR MT 128, an Atmel ATMega128 based microcontroller development system
These guys are the source of the weather vane and anemometer sensors used in this project. Their sensors are very well designed, inexpensive, and extremely durable.
This is a sister site to Fascinating Electronics. You can buy pre-assembled versions of the weather sensors at this site if you would prefer not to build them from a kit.
Olimex schematic for the AVR MT 128
This relates the phyiscal pins on the AVR MT 128 to the functionality of the ATMega128
